The biggest fallacy in Muscle Building Bodybuilding

I just read another article about bodybuilding which only shows more evidence that the writers of this sport or hobby are only too happy to regurgitate the same old information out and tired that is useless at best and a pot full of doodie at worst. Frankly, I'm getting sick of it. And I do not like seeing other natural bodybuilders spinning their wheels by latching onto pseudo-scientific bullshit it just keeps groping in the dark for something that works.

You'll probably be surprised to discover that widely embraced and beloved theory I'm prepared to debunk. No, not the only one on the muscle incapable of becoming fat or fat turn into muscle. I think even your average five years to know that now. Nor is the one about muscles not growing directly from the exercises, but recovery from workouts. I do not weight-training, nerdy friends who already have that figured out.
No, it's about the much-coveted, but completely wrong "principle of muscle confusion." For clarity, let's look at some common assertions that this silly concept hides within:

"You need to" shock "your body by changing your routine."

"Once you make a routine for awhile, your muscles get used to it and stop growing."

"You need to change their strength-training exercises to keep your muscles guessing. "

"Muscles will not continue to grow unless you keep them "confusing."

Let me straighten this: Muscles need not be confused, baffled, bewildered, confused, perplexed, bewildered and confused.

They also need not be "shocked."

What they need to continue growth is systematically being overloaded and recovery. Let me repeat that: Systematically Overloaded and recovery.

Here is another amazing piece of information. In order to overload systematically and retrieve your muscles, you could make use of the same exercises in the same sequence for the next twenty years. I'm not saying you need or should – only you could. You could do it and keep gaining muscle mass while you know how to overload accurately and without Truce and recover the muscle.

To check the validity of my statement, simply apply your rational faculty. Why do muscles need to be "fooled" or "confused" in order to grow? Although they may be connected to these neurotransmitters in the nervous system, are not equipped with little micro-brains that need to be fooled. Put simply, they are made of actin and myosin, two proteins that need to be broken in order to start the recovery process that eventually leads to an increase in the size of compensation.

Notice I used the word "eventually." If you break down the tissue and do not allow recovery enough not only to repair the damage, but also build strength and size of compensation, our muscles simply will not grow. They get the same size or, worse yet, become a little smaller. That's what can happen in extreme over-training.

Where "Confusion" originate?

The stimulus that started and perpetuates the lie muscle confusion is another common phenomenon and myth in bodybuilding: the "bomb". This is a phenomenon, because it really happens, people felt a sense of expansion in their muscles after working them. It is a myth, however, the standpoint of believing that this sensation represents evidence of muscle growth. The feeling pumped in a worked muscle is caused by pressure return of blood flow and lactic acid in the capillaries. It has nothing to do with inter-workout recovery and growth of tissue compensation. Therefore, irrespective of any change in our routine practice leads us to imagine or actually feel the best pump is not an indication of real progress.

But the facts did not stop feeding the myth of muscle confusion. People will swear up and down that their change of routine has given them a better pump and a subsequent resumption of progress. My objections are only proven correct when these individuals possess muscles that have grown in every six months or a year later.

Why "Muscle Confusion" can hold you back

Frankly membership, much to the muscle confusion principle can cause feedback confusion. If not change our exercise routine and often will not accumulate enough feedback to adjust our volume strategy and put it in the area important to win. I I saw people change their exercises every week. I've even been one of those people (years ago). I wonder where all the muscle confusion "got me? Nadd Absolutely nothing – - Zilch! I had good training bombs. But I experienced no gains at all confusing and bewildering mass of my muscles and entire body.

Some people claim they need to change your bodybuilding exercises once in a while to relieve boredom. This is good, as long as is so often as to impede the ability to read comments and make adjustments that lead to real gains.

Personally, I never get bored in the gym. There's something so exciting seeing continuous muscle growth happening naturally and even in my body hard-gainers before. She chases away any fleeting sensation I might have once obtained from a simple modification of an exercise on behalf of … "Confusion."
