Leg muscle building exercises?

Im 13 and 5'8, I have chicken legs! Does anyone know any good muscle strengthening exercises Leg? I do lots of sports, for example, netball, athletics, basketball, dance and much more! If you know any good exercises please tell me: how long you have to do it for (s / min) how many weeks / months I had to do for her. and any other information! x any help appreciated! many thanks X
