Muscle Building Leg Workouts

How can I build muscle in my leg back faster?
I just had ACL surgery and I was doing the exercises and stuff, but my leg still seems kind of weak, then my other one. Is there a way to increase muscle mass?
Kelle, I recommend that you lift weights, but in a very specific pattern. You should always start with the first leg unscathed. Do 3 sets 10-15 repetitions per set. Lift what you can and always try to use a weight that gives you a slight struggle to perform all the repetitions. After the 3rd set, then you make the injured leg, performing the same movement. Start off with a light weight for all first and second in the game use a heavier if possible. If possible rise in the last match weight if the leg will hold him or take any that the weight you can handle. The most important thing is to build the strength of hamstrings.They are very important because they are the first line of defense muscle for the ACL. The quads are needed to monitor the movement of the knee.
