Muscle Building Lower Abs

Im a skinny guy who needs help in building muscle?
Im 15 and 4.3 years old, I weigh 125 pounds, and I'm about 5 feet 7 inches tall. I really do not have much muscle in any part of my body and im considered skinny. I'm tired of being so and I want to build muscles in arms, belly, legs (upper and lower), and get a definition on my back if I could. I also want to try to increase my strength so I can do more repetitions, because I can not do a lot and your pathetic. I have little knowledge about what I should do exercises and that I should eat in order to gain muscle. So basically my question is the work outs that I do, how many times I do, and what should be my diet composed while I'm trying to stay slim and have much resistance?
Combine a balanced workout, including aerobic and resistance. Firstly, to work every day. After one month, two days in the attempt, a day off and then gradually increase until you can work each day with a rest day at least every six days. At age 15, not expect dramatic results in a hurry. It takes time, unless they are genetically gifted. Keep it. The muscle is developed over time. Repeticians and also increase resistance over time. Eat a healthy, balanced diet, low-fat diet and get plenty of sleep and rest.
