Help for a muscle-building diet?

this is my new diet that I follow. Do you think this is good enough to build muscle if I'm doing intense weight training 3-4 days a week. I need more carbohydrates, if you can suggest that the carbs and when? All other tips would be greatly appreciated. Breakfast (8-9am): 4 eggs, eating all white, while only one yolk. Bran Flakes Gold Standard Whey protein shake cup orange juice Snack (12:00): 2 chicken sandwiches on wheat bread and a banana. Water. Lunch (15:00 2nd): 2 sandwhiches Tuna, glass of skim milk, and half a pear. Dinner (6:00 5): chicken breast / steak / salmon with vegetables like peas, corn, green beans, carrots and some carbohydrates like rice or small boiled potatoes. Basically everything is done at night. Snack: (8:30) – More than milk and an apple or other fruit Late night: (11:00) Whey protein shake or cottage cheese on crackers. * I always I have a protein shake after training also *
