What are vitamins good for one year old male 13?

I'm one year old male 13 and I'm wondering what kind of vitamins and how many should I take to build muscle. I know this sounds stupid, but I'm also working out and I really like to have a little more muscle or be more fit when I go to school next year. There are some muscle building vitamins, or vitamins that can help me be healthier? Secondly some a week ago I bought multi vitamins and fish oil. About 30 pills, but I do not think those two together do much more. Moreover, how should I take for day? 1 or 2? Thanks
