Question on weight training?
I am a guy 15 years and I am real skinny so I'm trying to work out and build my body. I know that diet is an important part of this and I need to eat as many calories as I can get bigger, but frankly this is very difficult for me. I'm obviously not able to plan my own food or buy my own food, but I do not want to be a strain on my parents. What can I do to make sure I'm packing me with the essential nutrients that I need for muscle growth, I drink milk every day, but I do not think this is enough. What I can that I'm able to eat as much as I need to just use what I have available at home.
