Too late to get some muscle and lose my .. belly fat?
I am a man 40 years old ectomorph fire. Last year, quit smoking after 24 years and mi goal this year is to build muscle and get rid of my belly. I weigh 167 pounds and am 6.1 meters tall. Any advice on the to complete with and how long should I spend in the gym ..???
