I used to work out and eat perfectly. That's what I thought, since I followed all the online muscle building "guidelines that were established. In fact, I worked out and ate a "diet" perfect for more than four years, almost never missing a workout or cheat with the food I ate. And after those four years, I looked back and realized that I had put on about 8 pounds of muscle total. That's two pounds a year. This is embarrassing – people could hardly tell that I worked out after four years! So I backed up, I realized I had to throw away everything I knew and start all over again. I turned to study the old masters bodybuilding since the 1950s and 1960s, and its secrets that I learned changed my life.
These guys have never used supplements, diet super basic, and made some exercises easier than I had ever seen. And you know what? They were very muscular and cut. Here are some tips I learned from them: Old School Muscle Building Workout Program
– Ditch your supplements and eat eggs. Eggs have gotten a bad rep as unhealthy and increased cholesterol. These allegations are simply not true! Whenever I used to have a tablespoon or two of protein powder, I eat eggs. This secret alone probably put a few extra pounds of muscle on my frame.
– Work out hard and SIMPLE. All financial plans set out today are multi-setted, periodized and scientifically correct. Screw them! All you need to put on muscle is to work as hard as possible in the shortest possible time. That means doing an exercise to a body part, and do three sets of many reps as you can until you just can not move that body part more. You will grow like a weed and fast.
– The cardio you should conduct tours are fast! That's right, walking! I used to go to run and run and everything what ever did was eat my muscles. (Running uses more muscle for energy than fat.) Go hiking heavy and you will get low body fat. Muscle Old School Construction Program of Work
