How do you stay thin? Meaning good amount of muscle and little fat?
I really need help here. See this is my problem. Lost weight and am trying to get in shape as much as possible. But I lost the muscle, along with weight. And I will not gain it back because I realize the building muscle means you really have to eat more so that your muscles recover. So how exactly do you do it? Letting me know ways to do this would certainly help. Anything as tips, suggestions. Or only if you know the answer, explaining how it works. How do I gain muscle without gaining fat with that? Should I do something like the Atkins diet except eat only good carbohydrates and not less? I also have creatine protein shakes, and even steroids "In pill form" I'm not afraid to pop one every now and then. I think when people take a lot tooo hard and abuse. I was told a way to safely take steroids in pill form are very much like to take some strong support, then protein shakes. I'm talking maybe a week and all.
