Muscle Building Pizza

Are my meals healthy?
I am currently trying to lose weight, but regain it in muscle mass, I was thinking how my daily schedule of meals was about being productive. Morning Coffee-Bagel w / Butter 1 cup of whey protein w / milk Lunch – Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich Bar Kudos a Watter bottle from a bag of chips (Sunchips) or unsalted French Fries Afternoon – Anything from a slice of pizza or other Bagel w / butter Dinner – Steakum Sandwich, Cold sandwich or some sort of sandwich diet soda or Gatorade On weekends I eat normally go out for Chinese or BK in the evenings Fridays and on Saturday I'll have a great Sloppy Joe (Turkey, coleslaw, Swiss, ect) Sunday I start from a daily meal plan How does that sound, and how I could fix it to keep building muscle, but still loose a little fat in your stomach?
cut back ehh at lunch instead of trying to eat some fruit instead less carbs. try not to dine out. pizza rather than as a snack has a little yogurt or fruit. incorporate lots more veggies and fruits in your meals. try lean protien (fish, grilled chicken, tofu, etc), along with fruits and / or vegetables as your meal protien will help you build muscle much better
