The key is the structure of your overall fitness program in a way that allows you to progressively target each of your objectives.
The Basics of Structure Plan Fitness
Suppose your main goal is fat loss, but you're just a beginner with a formation of body weight and therefore not very strong. So you probably want to start with some basic movements of body weight, allowing you to build up their strength for the first 4 weeks of training.
The next four weeks, you could use the exercises to create some programs building muscle to help build lean muscle mass and increase your metabolic rate. Finally, end your cycle with a circuit of bodyweight exercises and interval to shed fat and reveal the sweaty muscle. So, after only 12 weeks of training, you'd have to completely transform your physique, strength and fitness levels!
