How can I build muscle mass quickly and efffectively (upperbody / arms) 18 year old?
I always had an athletic body but I would more muscle mass, how much should i train a day? Heavy or light weights? And should I be taking supplements to help me?
Building muscle mass takes time. No supplement in the world to help you get immediate results, unless that steroids are bad. Eat a proper diet and consume lots of protein. Consuming quantity grams of protein to half their current weight. Go heavy weights to build mass. Do not go heavy, just exactly where you feel good and slow move. The muscle grow when you rest not when you workout. So keep that in mind. I work between 60min-90mins a day to six times a week. If your just starting, I take it slowly and do it every day.
