Muscle Building Running Routine

This is a good muscle building routine? Need help, I'm lost!?
Male 5'9 160 pounds each Saturday: What if I run 3 km and swim for an hour and then eat breakfast, then do the following exercise? training: F = 5×10 military press failure, 6, 4, F, F lines 5×10, 6, 4, F, lateral raises F (alternating arms), 5×10, 6, 4, F, tricep extensions F (alternating arms), 5×10, 6, 4, F, F and I'll do 10 tricep pushups inbetween each set of each exercise and I'll drink 10 glasses of water a day and eating a body builder. besides Mon-Fri, I'll run two miles before breakfast. this will help me gain a lot of muscle and burn extra body fat since I get at least eight hours of sleep per night?
Yes, but if you're 160 pounds, you should cut back some of these exercises. if you keep doing the same thing every time, your body will adapt to it and it will stop building muscle.
