I can build muscle with heavy weights and I have to run replicates slowly?

I hear many experts say that the representatives slow ones are best for building muscle and that each set should last at least 40-60 seconds, but I think it bores me doing reps slowly and with its harder heavy weights, yet I can build much muscle mass with series that do not last so long? plz help

Hi, When are you going to work out going fast get anywhere. Im sure you've heard it before and .. probably getting tired of it, but its best to go slow. When you bench press, go slowly, contracting pectorials its regular speed and climb, and it is more difficult with heavy weights to go slow use lighter weights, you will see you better hurry!
