I want to build more muscles to horseback riding and have the endurance to run the mile in 10 minutes, maybe nine this year. I have excersising and eat right (one serv. Fruit and a serv. Veggie in lunch w / preztels water and fruit ….. when I get home W / water kitchen ….. lean for dinner …. . milk and ice cream/yogurt/100 calorie pack cookies for snack after dinner ….) So I doing 10 minutes exercise dance video sationary and ride the bike for 15 minutes and walk to school in 15 minutes. I lost two pounds since about two weeks. I get to the gym Monday …. I have a show horse in May. I want to be in shape this year so I can run a mile and jump 2'6 "!!!! Any idea? Yes, video dance video. She works mucsels off very well. Also, I can not go 'natural', because you have to have some "treat" food there. What is the addition 5 minutes to everything you do?
