I am a boy of 16 years of age. who is about to start lifting weights (I I am an athelete so I'm not clueless comnpletely) my question is what can I take after my work-outs to help build and maintain muscle? listen sandwiches smooth peanut butter are good, what are some other tidbits that I can use household items? I know about protein shakes and everything, but I really do not have the $ $ $ for them now
