protien is good for the diet / muscle building?
I'm trying to lose weight around my stomach, and become more muscular. people are telling me that if I do not eat a lot of protien my body just going to eat my muscles and turn them into fat, is this true? protien is a type of fat? will result in a gain of protein, fat? which is a source of fat-free protien?
Eat protein of chicken, turkey, fish. It's good for building muscles. But do not forget to put your vegetables. Stay awasy fried food and stay away from anything containing white flour (cakes of bread White, cookies, etc.)
