Swimming stop for a while affect me build my muscles?
Hi … I'm trying to build my body, going to the gym and go to the sametime swimming, I go swimming every day, and in the gym four days a week .. I'm already seeing effects coming out, as some body parts like the chest is growing … I am slim, 18 years ((60-70 kg)) .. am starting to eat very much .. I wonder what happens if I stopped to swim in one day or more, from the days I I go to the gym? will affect me negatively or not ??… thanks
stop swimming will not do much to your muscle building. Swimming is a great way to help with breathing and endurance building, but will not stop giving you the negative effects if you continue working in gym
