I'm eating the right kinds of foods to get what I want? I am eating too much?
I'm 17, 5 feet 4 inches and weighs 120 pounds. I'll start to exercise five days a week, making at least 30 minutes of cardio and weights for 30 minutes in each session ….. I'm looking to tone, lose a little fat, and even build muscles, so how does this sound diet plan to achieve this: 6: = 00 am Two oatibixes (skimmed) 09:00 = handful of seeds sunflower, nectarine, kiwi 12:00 pm = two slices of bread, a can of tuna, a carrot, 5:00 pm = shrimp, watercress, spinach, cucumber, tomato, cheese low fat cottage. 18:30 = pea and ham soup, two slices of bread with marmite and cottage cheese low fat. oat and honey cereal bar one teaspoon peanut butter
You had two dinners? What happens to it? cut one and replace it with fruits. Other than that good luck:)
