Does anyone know of a good exercise regime to build muscle and tone within a short time?

Been lazy and want to go back working out. But I always had no specific training regimen. I wonder what is good to build muscle and tone in a short period of time. Let me know, thanks ur thoughts!

# 1 u should have a gym membership if u dont have one. then just plan ur workouts and even write below, if u have. even topple u think ur target weight u can lift. the three main lifts are bench press, squat and deadlift. if u master u see all these amazing results. start each exercise with ur one of these lifts. lift four times a week I usually go for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday because u can relax in weekend and will only grow. well first bench Monday and do the incline bench. then make a lot of work for biceps and triceps as ur ur pushdowns and clusters. Tuesday starts with the legs by squatting and then doing some leg presses, extensions, curls, and calf raises. then on Tuesday the shoulder doing bench press, lateral and lateral raises, shrugs, and another thing u can think of. then begin Thursday with ur bank, but go close grip, then all the work of breast exercises like ur crucifix and then do more exercises like curls and triceps and a pushdowns. Friday is a day and get back to u u also deadlifting can make fall clean lines and pushes. I hope the lil helped and good luck. Also do not forget to run, I usually like to run on Saturday or Sunday and then the game sports some other type of exercise and do my agility and speed training on Thursday, then run a mile. well good luck
