I'm weight training correctly?

Hi, my plan today was the "first" to build muscle, but not sure if I'm doing everything correctly. I have a lot of information but I just wanted to see if what I'm doing is good for me to succeed in building muscle. Food: Breakfast: Poached eggs on toast, Porage, Protien Drink. Lunch: tuna sandwich or chicken or peanut butter (natural) Evening: Everything that is healthy enough! (I drink enough water during the day too) Job: Working on left and right bicep do 30 reps. Do 50 pushups, do 50 Do 30 presses, leg excersises. When and how often to increase my reps and weight? Please, you can correct me on anything I should do or am doing wrong. Please. Thanks for your time.

First of all, fewer repetitions and more weight will build your muscle size and strength. Say you have 200 in the bank, and you did 3 sets 8 or 10 repetitions. Between 8 and 12 repetitions is ideal, I think, for starters. If you did it would be of interest for your muscles to heal a couple of days. However, you can switch to work out different parts of your body. Thus, you can always be worked out. However, if you want be cut more or lose more body fat, you increase their representatives, very similar to your current workout, and less weight. That does not take long for the your muscles to heal, just because you're toning the muscles you already have. Essentially, it is a cardio workout. Hope this helps.
