Muscle Building Vegetables

I need a good diet plan to reduce stomach fat and build muscle?
Ok, so I know about that part of muscle building abs stay but I want to know more about part of her diet. Im assuming a lot of water, more protein and less carbohydrates? How are fruits and vegetables? All fast-food is out. Someone could soon organize what I need and how to lose belly fat? Protein is only part of the muscle building or does not help lose fat too?
