Protien diet?
Hi, I want to build muscle ….. i am 6'1 and 170 pounds …. 24 years old I used to go to the gym, but stopped a month due to work related travel …. please suggest me vegetarian diet high protien ….. I take dairy products and eggs … but I do not eat any meaning if possible give me i get some food items readily with high protein
