Muscle Building Warm Ups

Muscle soreness after a workout?
This has been something that I thought for a while but I finally ask. Often, after an intense workout, I will wake up the morning after with sore muscles that hurt when I use them. Their is nothing that causes severe pain, but it can certainly feel the burn so say. So I'm just wondering what the best course of action is that after building muscles? It's good to give them only one or two days to rest after this, or is it better to warm them again and continue working out (after warming up the pain is pretty much been temporarily)? So I'm just wondering know what the best course of action is for my muscles? Just to clarify – my muscles are not sore while working out, in fact, they feel great. It's the morning after an extensive training that there is some burning.
First of all, when working out. You should only work out 2-3 muscle groups per day, and let rest for a total of 24 hours, Eat enough protein and fiber and has enough vitamins during the day. If the muscles are still sore when working outside, go for a little run on the treadmill, the blood must supply oxygen to the muscles and the pain should pass until your body is sleep mode.
