Run / walk and effects?
I went to run / walk for about 45 minutes x 4 weeks, because I'm trying to get in shape and build endurance. Sizer was a real low when I got on the scales and discovered I am 6 pounds heavier than I was last week when I started. I do not get my period, then I know this is not a factor I was on a liquid fast for two days so I know water retention / constipation may not be the problem. In this fast ive taken only around 600 cals per day, but I doubt its effectiveness because I iit hasn't been for a long period of time. does can anyone help me? explain this? advice …? what is the best way to lose 10 kg and 5 to gain muscle for the summer? any / all help is useful.
