When should I take Calcium Caseinate and Whey Protein Protein?
I'm doing 3x a week, aerobics and weight training 3x per week with one day off. I would like to know what day and what time should I drink calcium caseinate and whey protein protein powder. I'm trying to lose weight and build muscle. My goal is to be lean, strong and lean but not bulky or just built very strong. I am a woman, 5'2 ", overweight
If your looking to lose weight, I have no idea why you bought a powdered casein. You're trying to add extra calories or something? Its supposed to be the reduction of calories. The only way to see it fit into your diet is like a meal replacement since casein shakes are thicker you make a whey protein shake after workouts. Furthermore, no woman will become bulky, without extra help, so it will not happen.
