How can I build more muscle in my arms, without getting all bulky and muscular?

I am a woman er a teenage girl and I always fights health fitness tests, especially the pullups and tests that you have a lot of arm muscle … and I wonder if I could try is irresistible that woul build more muscle to my arms so I can do well on those But fitness tests, a girl I do not want too big and bulky muscular arms, and men want, I want the skinny arms and skinny, but you know a lot of muscle so I could be really good at pull ups and push ups and pull time ups and those testss …. if there is any advice, exercises, or even a diet that I could try Please tell MEEE (: thank you
