Muscle Building Workouts Exercises

Muscle building workout plan?
I go to the gym every day and do a whole body workout. I'm 5'11 "and 148 pounds. Lately I've been trying to fit too many exercises in a period of one hour, and would like to switch to one day split routine. Can anyone help me with a routine 4 days training split good, I go to the gym every other day? This is the key I go every day because I have other things around my gym time scheduled.
