Okay for my muscular strengthening exercises much protein should I take?
I weigh 212 pounds. I know it's supposed to be both per kilogram of body weight, anyone can help me with this I really appreciate it. I also plan to use effervescent creatine once a day, as well as protein. I do not want to ruin my kidneys though. Also, should I take protein once per day or after EVERY workout?
I always read that you should take one gram of protein for each kilogram of body weight, if you're on a serious fitness regime …
