Is this a healthy way to lose weight?
I saw the doctor a week ago. the first thing she said was basically that im fat and that was the main reason I was not having a regular period. Well, I started eating a fruit salad for breakfast drinking water running on a machine running during 30 minutes per day and take some pills, green tea fat burner, total body purifier, fish oil, and the two bright spots, which are all the pills natural. and I just want to know if this healthy way to lose weight.if please give me some tips. PDS 200 and im 5'5 "I have a history of diabetes and pressure High blood and I just want to be healthy. fruit salad composed of two cups of watermelon, banana one cup of strawberries, 2 oranges and a kiwi i also eat at the cafe the morning and I eat dinner that is most often is unhealthy and sometimes a pop-tart between if I get real hungry.
natural or not, the tablets are not the way to lose weight, I am not a doctor but I advise against it. the fruit salad is good, but the pop tart is not. lose weight stick to principles key first, 2-3 liters of water per day, fruit and green veg. NO carbohydrates rich in starch, potato noodles, rice etc. NO NO carbs after 18:00 sweet cakes, sweets, 30mins exercise a day is good, but like you who needs an active "lifestyle" so leave the car at home and walk, sometimes find something to do, pick up new hobbies, sports, dance, etc. There is much more, but take things one step at a time
