Is this dangerous?
I can be much of a worry wort, but it is safe? Every day I take: a woman -1 day one vitamin fiber -2 multi fiber supplement choice (chewable) 1200mg + D calcuim -1 -2 triple tea fat burners Irwin Naturals was advised to take it all (except the fiber, I did that on my own) by the trainer at the gym, but it just seems like I'm taking too much at once.
That sounds like a lot. Remember a fitness trainer helps you work out and know what to do to exorcise the body parts. He has a PhD. Stop taking the pills, vitamins, etc. and make a check-up appointment with your doctor. She'll know what you should take vitamins based on your body. The vitamins are probably not doing any harm, yet. If your body has an excessive amount of a mineral or vitamin something bad might happen. Go to your doctor, bring the pills.
