Optimum Fat Burning Heart Rate

Optimum fat burning heart rate for a 16 year old?
I just took my resting heart rate and got 64 bpm. When I’m at the gym and working out on the cardio machines, my heart rate is usually inbetween 130-160 and sometimes goes as high as 170.
Is this a good rate to burn fat and build cardio-vascular strength?
130-160 is gr8 fat burnin heart rete…
ususally 130-150 is ment for fat fat burnin
160-170 for cardio-muscular stranth
170 above ios not bad…but it doesnt help fat burn….jus increase stamina and lung capacity
