Has anyone heard of the new diet called Flat Belly Diet Prevention?

I got my magazine last week and prevention what they say that this new way to lose belly fat. No offense to prevent, but you know the old saying "if it sounds too good to be true, probably is. "I checked your site but found no answers to the questions I was wanting to ask. They have a lot of success stories, but if you dig deeper into your site most of the weight and inches that these ladies were lost water weight. Sounds like another gimmick. I was wondering if anyone has heard talk about this diet or if anyone had tried yet. …………. thanks

Mostly water. You lose weight through diet, exercise or illness. Just make a change of lifestyle. This is the diet I lost weight and remain healthy and is free. For best results, eat six times a day. Try to balance meals of protein from 70% to 30% carbs. Eating a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours during the day to speed up fat loss and keep energy levels stable. Eat lean protein sources (chicken and fish, boiled eggs, lean meat, with all the fat drained) and beans (lentil, fava, Chile or any other type of beans) for your carbs stay away from breads and rice. They do not provide energy but they are high in calories. Choose leafy vegetables, carrots, raisins, broccoli and fresh fruit. Weight train intensely, three times per week on alternating days with aerobic exercise three times a week. Drink 20 glasses of water for 10 days NO SODA Good Luck!
