This tells the body when it should stop burning fats and start storing.

5: Keep away from fried food especial food which are deep friend like fish and chips. These contain high amount of fat. Even though white meat such as chicken and fish appear leaner than beef, when fried it can contain more fat than beef when it is fried. Grilled food is recommended for those on a strict diet as grilled food does not contain much fat after it has been cooked.

6: Drink plenty of fluid to stay hyderated. It is recommended that you drink at least six to eight glasses of water a day to keep the body refreshed. Weight loss depends on how the body removes waste so the body should stay hyderated.

Disipline and consistency is the best way to go and the key to losing weight fast. Weight loss doesn’t have to be difficult, all it takes is a little bit of direction and commitment. Some dieting, workout and the right amount of supplements each day regularly can result in faster weight loss than an irregular plan and going back to old habits.
