Quickest Way To Lose Weight

What is the easiest and fastest way to lose weight?
I'm a little overweight and I wonder what is the easiest and quickest way to lose weight. I tried the hungry, and did not work (I will not do it again xD.) I'm taking these pills that make you less hungry and suck the fat, but I'm getting annoyed with taking them. any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
Burn more calories than you consume. Now, I'm adhering to a 1000-1200 calorie diet day and I also do 30 min. Cardio every morning making sure I burn 500 calories or more, and weight trainging the tone of my body and drink much water, so I'm not all that loose skin unpleasant to lose weight so fast. I've been doing this a month ago and lost 20 pounds. People say you should not lose more than 1-2 lbs. a week, I said Skrew, and decided to do my own thing, and ended up losing 20 pounds. I needed to be at my ideal weight. I still make sure I get all my essential nutrients by eating a lot of fruits, drinking V8 that has one serving of vegetables, and get my carbs, protein, etc. I never starve, because I replaced my bad snacks with a very low calorie choice, like fruit. And please do not fall for products that claim to be dieting or Low-Carb, you are the best bet is low calorie, the stick and you'll be good. Regarding the comments about how a quick fix "will not work, it works as long as you keep it. It's a whole change of lifestyle, become more active, and maintaining a balanced diet … give into temptations, each one at a time, just do not do that anymore. It is not that dang hard to lose weight, it's stupid that people make this big deal with it …. especially those idiots claiming rapid weight loss leads to gain weight faster and much worse that can happen only if a person goes back to their lifestyle habits former they got fat first. Keep your metabolic rate for never let himself die of hunger … if you go too long without eating, your body thinks you're in the middle of hunger and virtually shuts down your metabolism and when you come back to eat, your metabolism does not help to break down the foods you eat, and fat is stored and then resulting in weight gain.
