How can I lose weight if im ….?
I have a desk job, sitting on my fat ass for eight hours a day, and also goes to school by more than 6 hours per week, and I have tons of home to do on weekends … How can I lose weight? I gained about 15 pounds since I started this work (08 March) and my belly is growing at a rapid rate .. I get home and sleep .. Every day I wake up with sleep and 5.50 in 1030. I have absolutely no time to do nothing but home and rest on weekends … i wut I can eat and it is not usually a cousin im very busy and not even that hungry … r my options on weight loss here? Any help is appreciated, thank u
LOL I think. When your sitting at your desk trying to balance on its end so your legs do not are touching the ground – try to feel your abs working well at least its not just fall there. To lose weight belly, you should run a mile 3 times per week or make light Pilate. I did as Pilate in the spring for two months and therefore the results and all I was each day 15 / 10 minutes work! I do not have a mat you (Sounds crazy) but I ran around my house for 15 minutes (which is how long it takes for me to run a mile, I know it's long, but hey, I lost weight belly and love handles) When you have the chance to eat, do not fill up or else you'll end up gaining weight again. Eat delicious snacks like fruit, carrot sauce and mild, pretzels, granola bars, etc. Eat regular meals as well so that your body can use to get a feeding schedule.
