What is the best time to do cardio on a treadmill during the day to burn more fat?

Im 85 kg and 175cm. My goal is to get a six-pack. I do not know what is the best treadmill program either. I do some weights before I start cardio? I drink coffee before a workout?

To burn fat the best time would be hitting the treadmill as soon as u wake up and continue for about 30 minutes to 1 hour … keep varying the speed at which u way to burn more fat …. and also try not to eat anything after u finish cardio at least 30 min, because at that time u have ur level of depleted glycogen and fat begins on fire .. then have something healthy like oats … Doing a treadmill for a long time can get boring so try to mix it with some jump and other cardio exercises ….
