Waist Fat Burner Belt
I want to lose the fat above my .. waistline?
I gain fat around the waist above the belt of my pants right area.i am average build look toned and more … but there is no way I can get rid of this … some fat burners or target lipo is a good option.My waist is 38, but well up on around the fat is 42.
Healthy Eating: My diet for today: Here is what seemed to be my diet today: Breakfast – Froot Loops and skim milk (200 calories) Snack – Banana (100) Lunch (Peanut Butter Jelly Sandwich (400) Snack – Prato divided by carrots, almonds and an apple (200) Dinner-Ramen Noodles (350) Bed Time snack – milk and fruit (150 Total: 1400 calories Now, I'm growing 14 years old and this is filling me up, keeping my energy and keep me lose an inch of my waist per week (2 weeks w / o year) Good luck!
