What is a good exercise in building muscle mass with only one dumbbell?

I need a weekly workout routine that can be done with either a decent weight dumbbell, or pushups / pullups / chinups. I also want to make sure that it will build some muscle mass and will help the whole body. If you could post a good exercise that can help me with my requirements. Thanks in advance

This is a dumbell raise it ten times with the arm pointing down, and only its smaller arm movement. Push it ten times the distance from your chest to the point where your arm is stretched and pointing forward. Keep your arm in that position for 10 seconds. Raise it all the way, so your arm is pointing to the sky, then bend the trunk slightly forward of the site, so when your right arm is up, you fold the left and vice versa. A weekly training will not do much good, try to exercise 10 minutes on 5 days per week, which is better than 50 minutes once a week.
