Weekly Muscle Building Schedule


weight training routine?

Okay, so I'm looking for an effective rotation scheme that effectively build my whole body, concentrating the parts that I want to build more. You do not have to tell me to do all the exercises, I have that all figured. All I want is a configuration rotation. Could be, or a weekly thing or anything alternating. My criteria are: I want to concentrate on building the strength of my leg I want to build a large chest, I want to set aside time for the arm exercises alone, although I mostly just want to hit my muscles largely my routine goes like this: 1. chest and tris, upper back and biceps 2.legs (squat and dead lift, especially) 3. back and bis, my shoulders will rotate 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, next week is 3, 1, 2, 3, 1 and so on so (I work out Monday through Friday) all suggestions would be a great help. Thank you.

do squats and who died on Monday, while a split is silly, and they do not seem to be an intermediate / advanced, being in a split in general is silly. or go Rippetoe a program of 5×5 (madcow Bill starr /), there's really no reason for a beginner (usually <1 year, can still move forward with ease, etc.) to be tbh bodypart in a division because, as a beginner you can effectively work your entire body using composite 3x per week, while you're doing, you can go 1x per week with more exercises and less results. if you really do not think you're a beginner (you're not wondering if you were not), bis + chest, back + tris / shoulders / legs or push / pull / legs
