Weight Loss For Idiots

Any comments about the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet?
I had a baby a year ago and I can not lose weight. I tried the South Beach Diet, but it does not really work for me. I heard about this and was wondering if anyone tried it and what were the results. I'd love to hear from people who really tried, negative and positive feedback, so if you're only going to say exercise and eat healthy, "without trying it, do not post. Thanks
PLEASE do not buy it, my friend tried it and it is a SCAM. It's like a diet of cabbage soup. Ok, I'll try, first of all, do not starve. Or using laxatives or making themselves vomit. Drink at least 8 cups (64 oz) of water per day. That's four water bottles full. Eat three meals a day and has 2 small snacks. One between breakfast and lunch and another between lunch and dinner. So that you're not super hungry at mealtime and exaggerate.) No drinking nothing but water and milk (preferably skimmed … juice has a ton of added sugar and natural. Especially soda / soda pop / or what you call it. No junk food … (That means candy, chips, fries, popcorn, etc. ..) Give up sugary foods. Desserts, very pretty. And grain, candy and stuff. And of course, exercise is good too. Do not overdo it at first. If you are not active, start with about 30 minutes of exercise cardiovascular aerobic. Some good forms of exercise are: Raquetball. Since you're running after a ball, you really have to think about the fact that you're running, which can be really tiring. You just want to get on the ball. It's great exercise. Moreover, it is fun, even if you absolutely SUCK, like me. Running / Jogging. Well, duh. great if you want to get rid of a stomach, and legs limp. Pool. Pretty good all around. Furthermore, no tear on your muscles as running, then you probably will not be as sore the next day. Buy videos of work-out. Yes, fine. I know it sounds ridiculous. But seriously, they work. And if you do not feel like a total idiot of himself in front of a class, but we still need ideas of what to do, they are great. Crunches. I will not explain them. I hope you already know what they are. Pushups. Yes, I know that most people think it is only the arm muscles, but they really are not. If you do them, you'll see your abs getting really tight. If it is too difficult, try alternating a push to make real, then one with your knees on the floor. Leg lifts, pretty much what it seems. Lie on your back, lift your legs back toward your stomach. Plies-Mostly work the leg muscles. Stand with your feet directly below your elbows and pretend to sit. My old dance teacher made us do this until every one of us were moaning. We all wanted to kill her, but as a result we had killer legs. Cheese, right? I know. Forgive me. Bad habits are hard to kill. levitation Ok, not really. You sit upright, with legs in front of you, then lean back as if you were going to lie, but never really let your back touch the ground. Then, sit up straight again. Remember to breathe. Pull-ups Again, very nice it seems. Stand (do not bend your back!) And pull the knee up as close to your stomach, as you can. Pull your arms down, while raising leg. Then alternate legs. Suicides, sure you already know what they are. Run from one point to another, touch the ground and run back. Almost all I can think of at the moment. Hope that helps. Best of luck.
