Weight Watchers Fat Burning Soup
Is this a balanced diet?
I'm on a diet and that's what I ate today: Breakfast: 1 cup of Cheerios 4 oz. Skim milk Lunch: 8 "Sub (Turkey, lettuce, cucumber, whole wheat bread), 8 ounces skim milk Dinner: Bowl of Progresso Vegetable Soup South (recommended Weight Watchers, 0 points per serving) Apple Salad w / Fat Free Caesar Dressing Dessert: 1 cup of pineapple in Snacks All was consumed before 19:00 to ensure burning time it naturally. That is both healthy and very nutritionwise / very littlewise?
I think it sounds great, just make sure you are eating more and more plant fiber green leaves. Dinner is a little light … Definitely add a little more protein in your diet … Peanut butter is a great source of protein. Remember also …. you can eat a lot of small meals throughout the day … add more snacks in your diet … just make sure they are healthy snacks like fruits. <| Dding Make sure tons of water to your diet … Good Luck.
