Workout To Burn Fat

If I do 20 minutes of Pilates workout every day I'll burn fat?
I do not want to build muscle or tone of truth (that will come later) I just want to lose fat (mainly stomach and thighs). Does the 20 min pilates fat burning workout? Thanks
20 minutes is not very long, and pilates is not very hard. Any fat loss will come from calorie restriction
